Malami Says ADC Can “Rescue Nigeria,” Vows to Unseat APC
Abubakar Malami describes ADC as a “formidable coalition” to rescue Nigeria, pledging loyalty to supporters in Kebbi State.
Former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, has said the African Democratic Congress (ADC) represents a “formidable coalition” capable of rescuing Nigeria and dislodging the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at all levels.
In a statement signed by his media aide Bello Doka, Malami thanked his supporters in Kebbi State and said he remains committed and “undeterred” despite what he described as political persecution.
He reaffirmed his loyalty to ADC supporters in Kebbi and said his return home signaled a renewed political mission.
“My homecoming is not ordinary but a clear message of an uncompromising quest for truth and rescue,” he said.
“In ADC we have a formidable coalition capable of rescuing Nigeria and our state; I will remain undeterred and strong in the face of political persecution.”
Malami stressed that the push for good governance is aimed at changing the narrative that Nigeria is beyond repair.
“We believe in our country; we have confidence in our massive support. Therefore, together we can rescue our people with no retreat, no surrender: ‘Babu Kudu Babu Ja Baya’,” he added.
He also expressed gratitude to groups and political leaders who supported him during his homecoming visit.
