The worshippers urged the Catholic Diocese of Enugu to thoroughly investigate the matter and take measures to prevent any future confrontation involving the priest.

The allegations had not been independently verified as of press time.

Attempts to obtain comments from Rev. Fr. Nwajiagu, Sir Iyke Nwatakwocha, the Knights of St. John International and the Catholic Diocese of Enugu were still ongoing at the time of filing this report.
