I Will Multiply You And Your Children, by Gabriel Agbo

One of the blessings that will always follow a person that is living a sacrificial life is divine multiplication. Multiplication here means to rapid increase, to expand, to reproduce. When you touch God by offering your best to him or advancing other people’s interest and well-being, he will immediately release the anointing (grace) to multiply on you. This is exactly what he was instituting through Abraham here. After offering his only son, God told him that he would multiply (increase rapidly and numerously) Abraham’s descendants so that nobody would be able to count them. He used certain terms to describe this phenomenal Increase – the stars of the sky and the sand of the seashore! Wow! There is nobody that serves God that will not increase. Yes! And why? Because it is God’s nature and way to multiply anything that comes in contact with him. He loves dominion and occupation and you cannot achieve these without phenomenal, steady increase. This same principle you will notice after he made Adam and Eve. He told them to go and multiply and dominate the earth. Take dominion! There cannot be dominion, if there is no increase. There cannot be occupation and taking over if there is no expansion. True! Today, you shall increase rapidly in Jesus’ name! Everything positive about you shall increase! And your increase and reproduction shall be rapid and forever!

  This particular covenant spoke for Abraham, for Isaac his son, for Jacob and even thousands of years after, it is still speaking for us. After Abraham, Isaac was thoroughly blessed. In fact, the bible said that God POURED out His blessings on him. Then, look at the supernatural multiplication that followed Jacob. He escaped to Laban’s place with just his staff and a traumatized shattered life, but he finally came home with a very large family, great wealth, vast company of angels, etc. Listen to him “I am not worthy of all the faithfulness and unfailing love you have shown to me, your servant. WHEN I LEFT HOME, I OWNED NOTHING EXCEPT A WALKING STICK, AND NOW MY HOUSEHOLD FILLS TWO CAMPS! Gen.32:10 wow! Two camps of people! This was the same man that ran away with nothing, absolutely nothing but a broken and frustrated life. Yes, you left that home, that business, that place, that relationship, that institution with nothing, but certainly you are coming back with many ‘camps’ – blessings!. You left with tears and sorrow like Jacob, but because of this covenant, you will surely come back with greatness multiplied in the mighty name of Jesus! Yes, it is a covenant promise. It cannot fail! This is one of those ‘crazy’ verses that made me.

   Now, also look at the experience of the children of Israel in the land of Egypt hundreds of years later. Despite extreme opposition, suppression, brutality, forced labour and deliberate laws to decimate their population, they continued to increase strangely and rapidly. In fact, the bible said that the more the Egyptians oppressed them, the more the Israelites multiplied! Powerful! No oppression will stop your increase. No suppression will stop your destiny. If they could not stop Israel, they will also not be able to stop you! The more they persecute you, the more you will increase. Your life, your business, your descendants will increase beyond human explanation and calculations from now! Just believe and obey all you have read through this message and you will see what God will do with you. You will multiply exceedingly!

That divine promise did not end with Israel in Egypt. It has been with them through the centuries and is still speaks for them (us) today. Look at the Jews in America, the Russian Jews, the Palestinian Jews, the Jews in Africa, in Arab world, in Europe – everywhere, the church (Christians). There are more than six billion Christians today. Can you count them? According to his words, they have become like the stars of the sky and the sand at the seashore – uncountable. The Jews in Diaspora far outnumbers the Jews in Palestine. They have also become great blessings to all nations of the world in security matters, in business, in agriculture, in medical science and inventions. They are sought after by the so-called developed countries and superpowers. Even their enemies court and hire them and their technology for security. Do you know that Israel held some of those Arab nations on security matters? Talk of enemies in the public, but friends and allies in the secret. True. And through a Jew – Jesus Christ, the redemption of the world was instituted. He sacrificed his life to save man from sin and eternal condemnation. Those that will believe in him will receive forgiveness of sin from God. Truly, all nations have been blessed through the descendants of Abraham according to the promise of God to him. This covenant will also speak for you from today!  We will continue. God bless!
