US President Donald Trump stated that the conflict with Iran is expected to end soon, claiming US-Israeli military operations achieved their objectives and warning of stronger retaliation if fighting resumes.

President Donald Trump said Monday that the war in Iran is likely to end shortly, without specifying a date, asserting that US-Israeli strikes have accomplished their goals.

“It’s going to be ended soon, and if it starts up again they’ll be hit even harder,” Trump told reporters at a news briefing.
