Politics of War? Of course, it is as dangerous as venom. When the wrong decisions are adopted and imposed on nations, justifying blind power dominance and expansionism epidemic, war inevitably erupts and its aggressive operation defies imminent resolution. In the end, the human and physical destructions are the horrible legacies of war.

Today, the world is witnessing a massively destructive and escalating war between the US- Israel on one hand and Iran on the other end. Unfortunately, US and Israel had recklessly abandoned diplomacy and tragically murdered peace in the Middle East. On Saturday, 28 February 2026, President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu conspired for a common brutality: assassination of Iran’s spiritual leader Ayatollah Ali khamenie with the ultimate aim of triggering internal revolt that would culminate in overthrowing the structures of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Consequently, they are currently paying the price of miscarriage of ideas. Ironically, what they are now seeing is a stronger Iran, fighting on a heroic scale that baffles them. The Iranians’ clear war message is their readiness and resolute to die for their country without retreat or surrender.

The Vietnam veteran William Broyles wrote,: “War begins in the mind, with the idea of the enemy”. In this battle, the idea of the enemy has long been established such as deploying the weapons of intimidation, accusation and deception by the US and Israel against Iran. We are in a Nuclear Age mainly composed of two types of enemies, the real enemy and the created enemy. When the idea of war falls within the orbit of the created enemy, the real enemy eventually becomes a self- inflicted victim of the’ enemy system.’ While Iran is a created enemy, the real enemies are the US and Israel whose hostility against Iran has never been hidden, labeling the regime as terror, corrupt, blah blah blah. However, when 175 innocent school kids in Iran were bombed and murdered by the forces of the US and Israel, the concept of terrorism lost its contextual meaning.

Though the Iranians have severely suffered the collosal loss of the revered and beloved leader Khamenie, unknown to the aggressors, they have ignited flames of two wars: war of protection and war of vengeance. After the total collapse of their infamous conspiracy theory, they are being hunted by the unstoppable fury of Iran. With the heightened tensions escalating, it is obvious that Iran is ‘born again’ with a renewed vigor of national pride. So far, the Iranians have courageously demonstrated to the world that they are ready to fight to their last breath to protect themselves from the unjustifiably military aggression from external forces. Iran calls this war the ‘last war.’

For the sake of emphasis, Iran is not the originator of this conflict. However, it only allowed her enemies space for their hatred to be pronounced; in the end, they will pass through the process of self- destruction. And now, this complex process is unfolding unprecedented events and phenomena that are unimaginable to the aggressors and the entire world. Iran is siezing the golden opportunity to show the world that it has the strength of ideological identity which the Iranians will never allow to be destroyed. The greatest war value Iran possesses in this fighting is its military capabilities, which is increasingly becoming a subject of discussion.

From the soil of Israel, an Israeli journalist, Alon Mizrahi writes about the stunning military achievements of Iran. He wrote on day four of the conflict: ” We are witnessing history. Iran is, to the surprise of everyone, fucking up US bases so thoroughly and extensively and so decisively that the world isn’t ready to see it. No enemy in a normal war has done to the US military what the Iranians are doing to the US military right now”.

From the USA, General Mark Alexander Milley, a former US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is amazed by Iran’s military power and its readiness to sustain the last battle for a long time. According to him, ” Iran is doing an excellent job. The IRANIANS, contrary to our expectations, have done an excellent job, and we are in a difficult situation”. The attention of the world is now concentrated on Iran and how it is effectively managing the war to its political, economic, military and technological advantages. So far, President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are unbelievably seeing the other side of Iran, the Iran of unwavering and baffling resilience.

When Khamenie attained martyrdom, Trump and Netanyahu thought it was the end of the regime. To their greatest disappointment, a new nation of Iran was raised to challenge their seemingly superpower architecture. A devastating flame of deep anger was ignited in the collective conscience of the people. In a world endangered by high level of hypocrisy, oppression and conspiracy against weaker nations, Iran is telling the world that it can stand on its own feet and liberate itself from the danger of external threats. For now, the US influence on the Middle East has been reduced to the barest minimum. The dream of a Greater Israel has been devastated by the intensive attacks and destructions on Israel by the Iran’s missiles and drones.

The bad news for the aggressors is that all the cards are now in Iran’s hands. It is confident that it can prolong this war for as long as it wants. It is reported that it has more than 100,000 drones and over 10,000 ballistic missiles. Also, it has long-scale production capacity, allowing it to produce more than 400 drones every day and between 100 and 400 ballistic missiles each month. This is part of the military Iran the aggressors did not know when they attacked it.

Going beyond religious perspective, Iran, in this battle, stands for an oppressed entity. Its unprecedented resilience unfolding in this conflict is the best modern teacher for countries that aspire for true meaning of development. In the aftermath of this crisis, Iran will definitely be a formidable force to reckoned with.
