The War Between Israel and Palestine and the Role Played by Certain Countries in Africa, by Dr. Mehenou Amouzou

The fateful date of October 7, 2023 was a dark day during which more than 1,200 Israelis, at least 40,000 Palestinians including 18,000 children and more than 13,000 women were killed. Today this war continues to decimate hundreds of people every day. Why did large countries such as the United States of America, France, England, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, etc., fail to prevent this conflict by promoting the creation of two states (the Israeli state and the Palestinian state)? Why is the 1967 resolution which ordered the creation of two states not respected until now, when for South Korea and North Korea, the two Sudan, the two Germanys (East Germany and the West), Eritrea and Ethiopia, the reunification was done under the auspices of the UN and different international organizations

Why shouldn’t Israel and Palestine live as good neighbors? Does this mean that there would be no desire of the major players mentioned above to work for the construction of the two states? The UN, which was able to resolve the majority of conflicts, is incapable of resolving this problem.

Israel and the creation of a Palestinian State

According to our analysis and in view of current events it will be difficult to envisage the creation of a Palestinian state. Israel has military supremacy, generated by the West. Their armaments cost them nothing. They receive the latest military technology and bombs for free; it has no military budget to spend.

We can deduce from this that Israel is not opposed to the creation of a Palestinian state but is obliged to do so by its military and financial sponsors. Since 1967 until today, the West has fueled this war. If Israel had to use its own resources we believe that it would have ended the conflict because war is expensive and it does not have the means. The conflict drags on, supported by Western states.

We commonly hear that Israel is the only democratic country in the Middle East that respects human rights, and very often the countries that say this are none other than those that supply Israel with military and financial resources.

The probable hypothesis of seeing the end of this war which has lasted too long would be the decline of Western hegemony which would generate very serious economic and military problems at the national and international level.

It is always the same people who oppose all UN resolutions in favor of a cease-fire. There may be an underlying cause for this kind of behavior; the USA no longer produces as before, they import almost everything from China and other countries, which weakens the West economically. This situation resembles that which existed before the Second World War. The unemployment rate in the West in 1933 was very high in all major industrialized countries, the economic recession was everywhere: USA 37.6%, UK 19.9%, Sweden 23.2%, Norway 33.4%, Holland 26.9%, Germany 36.2%, France 14.1 % etc. Families were forced to look for food in garbage dumps. At the end of World War II, according to Major General Smedley D. Butler, there were 21,000 new millionaires in the United States.

The very high unemployment rate at the start of the war was erased by numerous losses of human life. Despite everything, we are talking about economic recovery without taking into account the number of deaths generated by this war.

How much longer will this conflict last? Despite the significant loss of its soldiers, Israel continues to wage a fight that has lasted for ten months. A question arises, how does she replenish her troops?

The African sector to supply the Israeli troops

The state of Israel is not the first country to request fighters from African governments. They are mercenaries because they are not declared by their respective countries and are lawless. Everything happens on the sly, in exchange for dollars but half of the pay of the African participants is withheld by certain officers. Most of the soldiers sent are ill-prepared, leaving believing they will survive and return home, but returning injured or in coffins.

Saudi Arabia used African soldiers during the Yemen War. This conflict was initiated by the same countries that support Israel. There were also hundreds of thousands of deaths, injuries, deportations and famine. Saudi Arabia and Israel preferred to use foreign soldiers to defend their causes and protect their nationals.

For fallen African soldiers in Israel, governments only contribute to burial costs and the family is left behind. Most of the time the household lived solely on the father’s pay, the latter having died, his widow who was a stay-at-home mother found herself totally destitute, in misery and suffering. Children are then forced to abandon school and sometimes apprenticeship.

The responsibility lies with the heads of government or presidents of countries who made the terrible decision to send their nationals to fight.

More bombs were dropped on Gaza than on Dresdner in Germany, Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan. During the last 10 months of war, entire towns in Palestine have been completely razed. The fight is not fair; Palestine is under-equipped compared to Israel, supported in addition by the West. We see that this war drags on because foreign soldiers are put on the front line.

The leaders of Black Africa, who are unpopular with their populations, have sent their soldiers to Israel like sending animals to the slaughterhouse. As we clarified from the beginning, these soldiers are not prepared, they are only trained to contain the population. The whole world was able to see the demonstration of the Hamas Group and how the attack was organized and carried out on October 7, 2023. From the point of view of several military experts, this attack was carefully prepared while the African soldiers sent to the Front are not even armed or barely. It is obvious that they will not be able to hold out under such conditions. And if this war were to become widespread, like the First World War and the Second, would Africans go to fight for Europe for promises that will not be kept? Are we going to ask local populations to contribute to sending food to the Old Continent when they have nothing to eat?

The West has never recognized the cultural, scientific and social values of Africa; she treats it like a testing laboratory. Unfortunately, the Israeli-Palestinian war showed another bleak political aspect in which certain leaders controlled by the West lead their people like sheep and work against the interests of their own country.

Some countries which were yesterday poorer than Africa have become developed countries like China and India for whom until 1975, 90 to 95% of their population had no other means of transport than a bicycle. At the same time, Cote d’Ivoire was better organized and developed than these two countries. Currently China occupies the first economic place in the world and the number of dollar billionaires is 814, in 2nd place the USA 800, in 3rd place India 271.

We can also cite Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, which only lived off tourism in the 1980s. When Mr. Lee took power, he transformed small Singapore into an unmissable giant. We can’t even compare France, Belgium, England, Germany, etc., to today’s Singapore. Why would Togo, Niger, Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast not become the Singapore of Africa?

African countries could play an important role on the international scene and in the resolution of certain conflicts if they agreed to speak with one voice. Instead they engage young and valiant men in a war that does not concern them, thus wasting the lifeblood of the Continent.

In conclusion, it appears this War is nothing more than an economic procedure to enable western world growth and western world personal gain. Since the formalization of Israel as a recognized state on May 14, 1948, the region has suffered fighting and religious conflicts of which superficially appear nonsensical. However, what better way is there for the western world to manipulate and establish a geographical presence and financial cash influx than create war and conflict at arm’s length. What is likely to appear post conflict is the modern-day Bank Teller and angel savior. Or in short, the World Bank and UN.

Both will throw support, money and financial assistance at clearing the mess and debris left by the war and conflict. They will appear like knights in shining amour. However, help and peace is not free and will come at great financial cost and expense to the people of Israel and Palestine and bind both groups for many years to come and probably never be paid off hence casting the grip of the World Bank and UN for decades to come.

Should you need references or evidence regarding such activities of the World Bank and UN just look at the countries of Africa that have had their natural resources plundered, bound and tied with loans and financial assistance agreements that will never be repaid.
