Dangote Refinery IPO: Full List of 32 Approved Banks and Fintechs

Full list of 32 approved banks, fintechs and platforms for the Dangote Refinery IPO, including the N525 share price and minimum subscription.

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has announced 32 authorised channels through which Nigerian investors can subscribe for its public share offering.

The approved list, published on the refinery’s official IPO website, includes banks, fintech companies, mobile money operators and NGX Invest.

Investors are advised to conduct their subscriptions exclusively through the platforms approved by the company.

According to the refinery, the current offer price is N525 per share, while the minimum subscription is 10 shares, costing N5,250.

The company’s approved subscription channels comprise 19 banks, 10 fintechs, two mobile operators and NGX Invest.

Issuing a warning to prospective investors, Dangote Refinery said: “Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here.”
