……Release from Captivity Leaves Family in Fear, Unable to Resume Normal Life

Weeks after her harrowing ordeal at the hands of her captors, Mrs. Hajara; wife of Hon. Mgbang Rex David, has broken her silence to share the ongoing trauma and fear gripping her and her family.

The recent abduction, which kept her in captivity for several days, has left lasting scars, rendering her unable to resume normal life or feel safe in her own home.

In an interview, Mrs. Rex David recounted the terrifying experience of being forcibly taken from her home and held against her will.

She described the constant fear and uncertainty she faced during her captivity as harrowing, unsure if she would ever see her loved ones again. Despite her eventual release, the trauma lingers, casting a dark shadow over her daily life.

“I still feel the terror of those days,” she confessed, her voice trembling with emotion. “The nightmares haunt me, and I can’t shake the feeling of being watched, of being in constant danger.”
