Hezbollah Slams Lebanese Government Over Military Ban Amid Israeli Strikes

Hezbollah’s Mohammed Raad condemns Lebanon’s ban on the group’s military activities, saying citizens expected a decision rejecting Israeli aggression amid renewed strikes.

Hezbollah has condemned the Lebanese government’s move to ban its armed activities, as Israel carried out counter-strikes in response to rockets launched by the Iran-backed movement.

Speaking in a statement, Mohammed Raad, head of the group’s parliamentary bloc, accused Beirut of making “swaggering decisions.”

He added that “the Lebanese were expecting a decision rejecting the (Israeli) aggression”.
