England manager Thomas Tuchel has revealed his final 26-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America as the Three Lions prepare for another bid to reclaim global football glory.

The announcement has already stirred major reactions, largely because of the absence of several established names from the squad.

Players omitted from the team include experienced centre-back Harry Maguire, Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold, Chelsea star Cole Palmer, Manchester City forward Phil Foden, and left-back Luke Shaw.

England head into the tournament hoping to go one better than their second-place finish at the 2024 European Championship and end a 60-year wait for another World Cup title.
