Report: 16 Iranian Cargo Vessels Destroyed After US-Israel Strike
At least 16 Iranian cargo ships were destroyed in a US-Israel strike on Gulf port towns, a Hormozgan official told Tasnim news agency.
Iranian media say that U.S. and Israeli forces struck 16 cargo ships in port towns along the Gulf on Friday, with the vessels reportedly set ablaze.
“Following the American–Zionist air attack, at least 16 cargo vessels belonging to citizens of the towns of Bandar Lengeh and Bandar Kong were completely burnt in the fire,” a local official from Hormozgan province was quoted as saying by Tasnim news agency.
