By consolidating multiple tactical formations into one coordinated unit, the FCT Police Command is taking a bold step toward improved transparency. Fragmented structures often create room for opacity, duplication of duties, and blurred lines of accountability. The VCRU model, on the other hand, establishes a clear command structure that makes oversight more effective and performance easier to evaluate.
